1. When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If you place an order Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm PST, your order will be processed the same day. If ordered after 2:00 pm PST, your order will be processed the following business day. If you order after 2:00 pm PST on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday. In stock items will ship 48 hours after you have placed your order.
We generally ship UPS ground which takes 5-10 business days for delivery. Depending on the type of shipping you select will determine when you will receive your order. For more details on shipping and delivery, click here.
2. What is the status of my order? How do I track my order? How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order online.

4. Payment?
We accept all of the major credit cards using a 100% secure PayPal gateway. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit card. PayPal just provides a secure gateway for transferring your personal information. When placing an order, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site. Scroll down to where it says "pay with credit card." We use PayPal to maintain the best possible privacy of your personal information. Upon completion of the transaction, you will be directed back to CosmicJeans.
5. Why should I become a registered user?
When you become a registered user you will receive updates on new products, sales events, and other special promotions. More importantly, registered users will be able to take advantage in the "Buy 6 jeans and get 1 free deal." Your free pair of jeans needs to be of equal or lesser value then the average cost of the 6 purchased.
6. Are purchases on this website really tax free?
Yes. We collect sales tax in states where we have a physical presence. Currently, sales tax only applies to the state of California and Nevada.

Sales tax is charged to California and Nevada shipping addresses ONLY! The sales tax for California and Nevada shipping addresses will be added to the invoice following submission of your order. A 7.75% tax is applied to both the purchase price and shipping & handling charges as required by State law.

Don't forget....You must return your invoice that accompanies your order for proof of purchase, to properly process your return/exchange.
9. How should I ship my return/exchange?
Pack and seal your package securely. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include the invoice that accompanied your order, for proof of purchase.
You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Customer is responsible for package until CosmicJeans receives it. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
10. When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit cards next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
11. Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
Yes. Simply register with us and you will be eligible to receive email updates on new products, sales events and other special promotions.
